Sponsor management software
Manage your sponsors and thank them on your website
Keep sponsor details, packages and invoices together with Open Communities. Your committee can manage each arrangement, then thank sponsors on your community website where configured.
Keep sponsor details and packages together
With the right admin access, you can keep sponsor and package details up to date. These stay in your community’s own area. Look up a sponsor’s record to check the arrangement or prepare an invoice.
For example, your committee could offer a sponsor package for a community event. The sponsor shares their details through your sponsorship signup process. A committee member with the right access then checks those details and the package.
Prepare, send and check sponsor invoices
You can request a sponsor invoice and preview it before you send it by email. Check the invoice record as the arrangement moves ahead. You can also resend it, mark it paid or void it. These actions depend on your access rights and the invoice’s status.
Preparing an invoice, sending it and confirming payment are separate steps. Online payment links depend on your setup. Marking an invoice paid changes its status; it does not collect money. An invoice action alone does not confirm that funds have arrived.
See invoice and payment administration for more about online payments and bank or cash records.
Thank sponsors on your community website
Your sponsor record holds the details your committee manages. Public recognition is how you thank sponsors where visitors can see them. This can appear on your community website and alongside relevant activities, where configured.
Before you publish, check the sponsor’s details, supplied images and other files, and display settings. This gives your committee a chance to review how you will thank the sponsor.
Explore Sponsor recognition on your website and the other content you can maintain. Advertising is a separate arrangement from thanking a sponsor.
Someone may want to give to a specific project rather than take up sponsorship. For that need, see project contributions. For the wider website and committee tools, explore the Open Communities platform.
