Use this page to contact Open Communities about the platform, your community website, events, payments or an account. Choose the route that fits: browse help and ask a question for a general enquiry, request a demo for a product walkthrough, or get support for an existing community. The help centre may answer setup and usage questions before you send a message.

Identify your community and give your subject a specific description. Explain what you were trying to do, which page or feature you used, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the exact error text if one appeared. For technical issues, add the steps to reproduce it and the browser or device you used. If the problem changes over time, note when it began and whether it affects other members; keep separate questions distinct so each is easy to address.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. A phone number is optional. Use an email inbox you can access and check the spelling, so a reply can reach you. The subject must contain at least five characters and the message at least ten; the form also limits message length to 2,000 characters. Describe a payment question without entering card details.

For account questions, describe the difficulty without sending a password, sign-in link, verification code or private member information. Do not include payment-card details. Remove other people's names, email addresses and identifiers from examples or screenshots unless sharing them is essential and you have permission. A clear description of the issue is safer than sending someone else's account data.

Before sending, check that your message includes the context needed to understand the request and a working way to contact you. Allow the form's security check to finish and follow the on-screen result. If submission fails, review the fields and retry when the form is available. Save the reference number if one is shown after a successful submission.
